Description
HAD0200 is an ideal diode controller designed to work in conjunction with a discrete N-Channel Power MOSFET and a capacitor. It offers a superior alternative to traditional Schottky diodes, providing advantages including lower forward voltage drop, reduced heat generation, minimal reverse leakage current, higher reverse voltage capacity.
