The EU Directive 2011/65/EU, which refers to “Restriction of Hazardous Substances” or “RoHS”, is made by the European Union (EU) and took effect on 1 July 2011.
This restricts the use of the following ten hazardous substances in the manufactures of various types of the electrical and electronic devices:
• Lead (Pb) < 1000 ppm
• Mercury (Hg) < 1000 ppm
• Cadmium (Cd) < 100 ppm
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6) < 1000 ppm
• PolyBrominated Biphenyl (PBB) < 1000 ppm
• PolyBrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDEs) < 1000 ppm

Declaration of REACH Compliance
The purpose of this declaration is to prove that the products/materials comply with the REACH regulations.
The products/materials provided by Suzhou Watech Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. shall comply with the requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 REACH.
We hereby solemnly declare that all components and materials of our products/materials do not contain SVHC or contain a proportion of less than 0.1%.
According to REACH regulations, when the EU SVHC list is updated to confirm the presence of SVHC candidate substances with the content of more than 0.1% in the product, the necessary information shall be provided in accordance with REACH requirements.
Note: The list will be updated constantly as more substances are designated as substances of high concern, please pay attention to the latest release on the REACH website.
If we violate this declaration, we are willing to bear relevant responsibilities.
