Description
The HAD0201 is a Reverse Battery Protection Ideal Diode Controller which operates in conjunction with an external N-MOS to achieve low power loss, low voltage drop and anti-reverse connection function, which includes the advantages of high voltage resistance, fast turn-off time and low static current.
